Prada Sunglasses

Prada sunglasses are some of the most interesting sunglasses currently on the market. Offering a collection that rivals the other designers Prada sunglasses offer elegance and sophistication within their stylish range.
The prime characteristics of this leading Made in Italy company, founded by Mario Prada in 1913 and subsequently developed at an international level by Miuccia Prada and Patrizio Bertelli, are based on absolute quality as a starting point, constant innovation respecting tradition, research and selection of materials employed, together with impeccable manufacturing processes. Prada has always been distinctive not only for its high quality, but also for its forward-thinking approach and style, enabling the brand to anticipate and often drive trends across all sectors. Their very strong character and unique style identify sophisticated, elegant and refined, Prada products. These characteristics also apply to the range of glasses proposed in the “vista” (spectacles) and “sole” (sun) collections, and also to a series of models created for leisure time, identified by the unmistakable red stripe.

Modest and sophisticated decorations, remain functional and characterise Prada’s new Sun Collection, made primarily of acetate.
The models for men, including the new wrap-around lenses, are brimming with technical details.
Last season’s bold colours have developed into original pearly shades.
SUN COLLECTION
Model SPR58F 8° base single lens for the most representative model of the women’s collection, featuring a soft, sinuous metal decoration around the hinge joint which blends well with the acetate temple.
Available in black, violet, tobacco and camel, each of which combines different shades of the lens and the decoration.
Model SPR03F The generous shape of this model in acetate flaunts various decorations on the front, such as holes and milling, and on the temples, such as metal plaques. Available in a wide range of natural colours (black, tobacco, tortoiseshell) or pearly shades (lobster, emerald, ocean and violet).
Model SPR07F For men, a classic model in acetate featuring a sophisticated L-shaped metal trim positioned on the temple joint, and a flex hinge. Available in black, tobacco, forest green, camel and linen.
Model SPR54F A very thin metal frame, acetate temple and original curvature of the lens that tapers noticeably towards the temple define the other men’s model. The metal plaques, extensions of the front on the temple, form an L-shaped decoration. There are many colour combinations of the frame and temples, including black+black, hematite+black, graphite+camouflage, silver+lilac or gold+bark.
Models SPR04F – SPR10F Broad, wrap-around shapes for these two highly feminine models made in acetate and injection-moulded nylon, respectively. The first, with a more square-shaped front, features angularities for a shaded and pearly effect and hexagon-head bolts to decorate the face area. The second is characterised by a more aerodynamic shape and angular nose pads. The colour palette ranges from classic, natural tones to pearly shades.
RED STRIPE MODELS The Red Stripe sports collection offers threes new unisex models, along with last season’s best-sellers, which remain unchanged.
Model SPS50E This wide mask-style metal frame is divided by rubber nose pads for greater stability. The temples are plastic, as is the hinge, which is decorated by two functional hexagon-head bolts. The unmistakable red stripe injected in the plastic marks the left temple. Available with or without polarised lenses in technical colours, from black to dark brown, and from forest green to white.
Model SPS54E A re-interpretation of 1950s-style aviator glasses, but more aerodynamic and sporty. Note the double bridge in metal and the curvature of the 8° base lenses. This model also features the red stripe, which stands out on the left temple. The colours are primarily technical (black, dark brown, forest green and white).
Model SPS06E This model in acetate, with a very aerodynamic, wrap-around shape, is smaller than the other models in this group. It features an unique frame. The lenses are applied on the front and inserted with two bolts positioned laterally. The rubber nose pads are injected into the plastic, while the metal block hinge is fastened to the temple with the movement hitting against the front. The temple has the same features as the other two sporty versions, but is broader and more tapered in shape. Very technical and particularly original glasses, available in white, red, black, dark brown, smoke and blue.
